Upcoming Benefits and Fundraising Events
We are a community supported non-profit organization with a mission to help the homeless and near homeless women and children of Taos County. We depend on event such as these — we invite you to support our mission by participating in the following:
August 3rd – Misfits, Malcontents and Mystics – a Classic Benefit held by Clint Murphy. Taos Stories to benefit Taos nonprofits – this date benefits HEART of Taos, all women storytellers, and all proceeds donated to HEART. TCA, 7pm.
September 15th – Tickets go on sale for our SECOND ANNUAL “Hawaii Trip for 2” Raffle! Last year, tickets sold out in 6 weeks! Only 750 tickets sold. $25 a piece or 5 for $100.
October 12th – 2 Award-winning solo plays performed by Lisanne Cole and Vivian Nesbitt for an evening of inspiring support for women of Taos facing homelessness and near homelessness. TCA, 7pm
December 9th – SECOND ANNUAL “ADD H.E.A.R.T. to your Holidays” – This is our big annual fundraising — Dinner, LIVE CONCERT, DANCING and LIVE AUCTION featuring Michael Hearne and The Rifters. Last year was a full-house sell-out! Old Martina’s Hall.
