HEART of Taos is THRILLED to announce that we have received a $25,000 Daniels Fund grant to support our ongoing vital work of assisting homeless women and children of Taos County to transition out of homelessness.
“The grant will enable us to continue to be our community’s primary source of assistance and hope for Taos women facing the overwhelming and daunting reality of homelessness,” said Ama Khan, HEART of Taos Co-Founder. “We are so grateful to receive this support and recognition of our services to our community, and on behalf of the women and children we serve, we thank the Daniels Fund for encouraging us in our efforts.”
The Daniels Fund, established by cable television pioneer Bill Daniels, is a private charitable foundation dedicated to making life better for the people of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming through its grants program, scholarship program, and ethics initiative.
